Mark Perlo is a TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADER, offering a track record of achievement in creating a strategic vision, driving change, and developing/motivating high-performance teams that deliver multi-year, multimillion-dollar results. Highly qualified in sales, marketing, and operations, Mark is a dynamic communicator, business analyst, and customer-focused executive with the proven ability to start new enterprises and turn around underperforming operations, Mark is a subject matter expert in building and managing teams, sales management, sales process, and managed services. His reputation was earned through demonstrated intellectual agility, innovative thinking, and relentless pursuit of new business opportunities for sustained organizational success. He has vast executive experience with small- and medium-size businesses and an extremely successful entrepreneurial startup.

Mark had the unique experience of working as a sales and sales management executive with a Fortune 500 company where he developed unique strategies and programs that are still in use today. As a small business owner Mark obtained first-hand experience with how to effectively deal with all the issues small business owners face. Mark sold his very successful Document Management business and today shares his knowledge with small and medium business owners.

Mark Is an avid baseball fan and has coached college baseball, resulting in a Junior College World Series appearance and at high school level, highlighted by winning New York State Championship in 2019 . His wife Daryl is a concert Violinist. Mark is proud of his 2 boys, Michael and Adam, and enjoys his 2 German Shepherds, Lexi and Rocco.

Ed Smaldone has a 40 year track record of providing Financial and Administrative leadership in both public and private entities. In concert with company management, Ed has identified key Financial and Administrative benchmarks and has established Key Performance Indicators to measure performance. With an ability to analyze financial results and administrative process, Ed has successfully led teams to achieve company objectives as well as team members’ personal and professional goals. Ed’s success in leading teams to improve a company’s performance is a direct result of his ability to understand the talents and motivations of each team member as well as respecting each individual member’s contributions.

From performance analysis to compensation plans, Ed brings focused financial expertise to the Sales Growth Partners team.

JULI KLIE

Juli Klie is a tech-savvy creative thinker who brings a breadth of experience in leading high tech business operations including sales and business development, software development, product marketing/product management, and professional services organizations. She is known for her leadership skills and talent in developing personnel. 

Juli brings expertise in social media strategy to support sales oranizations to the Sales Growth Partners team. 

A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology in Computer Science, Juli sits on RIT’s Computer Science and Information Science & Technology Industry Advisory Boards. She has been named RIT’s Simone Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship’s Mentor of the Year, the Golisano College of Computing & Information Science Outstanding Alumnus of the year and Rochester’s Technology Woman of the Year.
